Andy Ruff is the Democratic Nominee
Andy is an experienced legislator and a Democratic leader in Southern Indiana. He served as a voice for the working people of Bloomington for 20 years as their representative on the City Council. Andy has built a progressive platform that is in tune with the interests of ordinary Hoosiers, and he is running to represent Indiana’s 9th District.

Andy Ruff is a lifetime Hoosier.
Andy was born and raised in Southern Indiana. This is where he met his wife, Susan, and raised his own two kids, Hank and Anna. It’s where he learned to fish and wrote his first country music song. This is his home.
