The outdoor stage is a fabulous public work dating from the Depression Era and a monument to the amazing things American communities can accomplish during even the toughest times.

On Sept. 8, Andy will be meeting in person to talk with the Floyd/Clark Building Trades Council at their monthly meeting in September.

There’s no better political education than taking part in your first campaign, but even if you’ve done a few during your years at Indiana University, you’ve never done one like ours. A long-time IU advisor, Andy is committed to the school and its students. Come see the candidate speak and find out how you can become a part of bringing Hoosier representation back the district where you go to college!

Tune into 1340 WBIW to hear Andy answer questions from host Sarah Turpen about why we need new representation in the U.S. House of Representatives and how he will help Southern Indiana Hoosiers get their voice back in Washington.

The annual Henryville Parade and Community Day features booths, food trucks, car shows and a parade up the highway from the local firehouse. Come for the fun, and while you’re there speak with Andy at his booth or join him marching with the town.

We tried getting a booth but they aren’t allowing candidates to have one. Still, you gotta find ways of speaking to Hoosiers during COVID somehow. If anyone in New Albany wants to meet me, just look for the guy with the guitar and the ‘Andy Ruff for Congress’ tee shirt!
